Terms and Conditions for Custom Live Edge Wood Furniture Orders

By placing an order for a custom live edge wood furniture piece with Enki Woodworking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in CAD + taxes applied, and we require a 50% deposit to begin work on your custom piece.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece, before delivery or shipping.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the price if the scope of the project changes significantly from the original quote.

Design and Approval

  • We will work with you to create a design that meets your specifications and preferences.

  • Once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a quote and a timeline for completion.

  • We require your approval of the design and quote before beginning work on the piece.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to the design or scope of the project may result in a change in price and timeline.

  • If you wish to cancel your order after work has begun, we will refund your deposit minus any expenses incurred up to that point.

Lead Time and Delivery

  • The lead time for custom orders varies depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload.

  • We will provide you with an estimated timeline when you request a quote.

  • We offer delivery within a certain radius of our workshop, and we can arrange for shipping at an additional cost.

  • Delivery or shipping fees are not included in the price of the piece.

Warranty and Returns

  • We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work and offer a one-year warranty on all custom live edge wood furniture pieces.

  • If you are not satisfied with your piece, please contact us within 30 days of delivery or pickup to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in the same condition as when they were delivered or picked up.
